Terms of Service

Last updated: May 19, 2026

These terms set out the basic rules for using NumoBot Finance. They should be reviewed by legal counsel before a public launch.

Use of Service

NumoBot Finance provides accounting, invoicing, inventory, GST, reporting, and workflow tools for businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the product and for complying with laws that apply to your business.

Accounts and Workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for invited users, permissions, company data, and activity within their workspace.

Accounting and Tax Disclaimer

The product helps automate accounting workflows, but it is not a chartered accountant, tax advisor, auditor, legal advisor, or financial advisor. You should review reports and filings with a qualified professional before submission.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, taxes, renewals, refunds, and usage limits are governed by the selected plan and checkout terms shown at purchase. Access to paid features may be limited if payment fails or a subscription expires.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the product, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, upload malicious files, infringe third-party rights, or use the product for unlawful activity.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but downtime may occur due to maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or emergencies. Features may be improved, modified, or retired as the product evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NumoBot Finance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from product use or inability to use the product.
