We collect account details, company details, transaction records, invoices, expenses, inventory records, uploaded files, billing details, and usage data needed to provide accounting and ERP services.
We use your data to authenticate users, maintain company workspaces, generate reports, process invoices and subscriptions, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
We do not sell customer data. We share data only with service providers required to run the product, such as hosting, database, email, payment, analytics, and support providers, or where required by law.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, role-based permissions, audit logs, and operational safeguards. No internet service can be guaranteed fully secure, so users should protect passwords and restrict workspace access.
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, audit, backup, dispute, and legitimate business purposes. You may request export or deletion subject to applicable obligations.
You can update profile and company information from the product, invite or remove workspace users, and contact support for account, export, correction, or deletion requests.
