Nikita Jain's journey did not begin with a big office, a large team, or a perfect business plan.

It began with a dream.

A simple, honest dream to help people understand money better, manage their businesses better, and make financial decisions with confidence. As a Semi-qualified CA, Nikita had seen the world of finance closely. She had seen the pressure, the discipline, the repeated exams, the sleepless nights, and the emotional weight that comes with the dream of becoming a Chartered Accountant.

But beyond the books, marks, and results, there was something deeper that kept her going: a purpose.

She realised that finance was not just about balance sheets, taxes, ledgers, or compliance. Finance was about survival for many small business owners. It was about a shopkeeper trying to understand profit. It was about a manufacturer struggling with inventory. It was about an entrepreneur unable to track cash flow. It was about an SME owner working day and night, but still not knowing whether the business was truly growing.

Nikita saw that many small and medium enterprises in India had the courage, talent, and hard work to grow, but they often lacked the right financial systems, guidance, and visibility.
